1. Who We Are

PT Egonix Lab is a technology company that develops and operates a booking management platform for gaming venues, based in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.
In this Privacy Policy, "Egonix Lab", "we", "us", or "our" refers to PT Egonix Lab as the personal data controller as defined under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Demo form data: full name, active WhatsApp number, venue name, venue city, and number of managed devices.
Venue owner (platform user) data: account data (name, email, business profile), venue data (name, address, logo, operating hours, service settings), operational data (booking history, payment data, activity logs), and team data (member names and roles).
Venue booking customer data: customer name, booking contact number, booking details (date, time, package, selected station), payment method, and uploaded transfer proof.
Automatically collected data: IP address, device type, browser type/version, visited pages, visit duration, and interaction data (such as clicks and scrolls) via Microsoft Clarity.

To run our services: process and confirm demo requests, operate platform features (booking, payments, team management, reporting), and send transaction and operational communications via email.
To improve services: analyze website usage patterns and identify/fix technical issues on the platform.
For legal and compliance purposes: fulfill applicable legal obligations in Indonesia and handle disputes or potential claims.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Microsoft Clarity: used for website behavior analytics (session recordings, click maps, navigation patterns). Shared data: website interaction data (anonymous and aggregated).
Resend: used for transactional email delivery such as booking confirmations and account notifications. Shared data: recipient email addresses and relevant email content.
Flip / Midtrans: used for digital payment processing where applicable to subscription services. Shared data: identity and payment information required to process transactions.
DigitalOcean: used as the server infrastructure where platform data is stored and processed.

Storage location: your data is stored on servers managed through DigitalOcean infrastructure in the Asia Pacific region.
Retention: demo form data is retained during communication and for up to 12 months afterward.
Active venue account data is retained while the account remains active and in use.
Booking and payment records are retained in line with financial record-keeping obligations (minimum 5 years).
Deleted account data is permanently deleted within 30 days after a valid deletion request is received.
Security controls include HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, role-based access restrictions, and periodic monitoring to detect unusual activity.
However, no security system is fully risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

Under Indonesian PDP Law No. 27 of 2022, you have the right to access your data, request correction, request deletion (within legal limits), withdraw consent, and object to processing for certain purposes.
To exercise these rights, send a written request to privacy@egonixlab.com. We target a response within 14 business days after receipt.
