1. Definitions

• "Platform" means all websites, applications, and systems owned or operated by PT Egonix Lab; "Services" means all features made available through the Platform; "User" means any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Services; "Account" means a registered user identity; and "Content" means any data, text, image, material, or other information uploaded, submitted, or displayed through the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• PT Egonix Lab provides operational management services for gaming venues, including but not limited to booking management, payments, team management, and reporting.
• PT Egonix Lab may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the Services upon reasonable notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

• You shall use the Services lawfully and shall not breach applicable laws, compromise system security, gain unauthorised access, distribute malware, perform reverse engineering without permission, or use the Services for fraud, unlawful gambling, or other prohibited activities.

6. Fees, Billing, and Payments

• Certain features may be subject to fees under the applicable subscription package or commercial terms.
• You shall pay all charges when due, including any applicable taxes required by law.
• Late or failed payment may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination of the Services.
• Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees paid are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

• All copyrights, trade marks, designs, source code, documentation, and other intellectual property rights in the Platform are owned by PT Egonix Lab and/or its licensors.
• You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the Services for legitimate purposes.

8. Data and Privacy

• Personal data is processed in accordance with the PT Egonix Lab Privacy Policy.
• You warrant that any data provided to PT Egonix Lab has been obtained lawfully and has a valid legal basis for processing.

9. Service Availability and Maintenance

• PT Egonix Lab uses reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free operation.
• Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect access to or performance of the Services.

10. Suspension and Termination

• PT Egonix Lab may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access where there is suspected breach of these terms, security risk, legal obligation, or outstanding payment default.
• Termination does not extinguish obligations accrued before the effective date of termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, PT Egonix Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the Services.
• PT Egonix Lab total liability for any valid claim shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the disputed service period, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12. Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PT Egonix Lab, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claim, demand, liability, loss, damage, or cost arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, breach of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Changes to Terms

• PT Egonix Lab may amend these Terms of Service at any time.
• The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
• Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• The parties shall first seek to resolve disputes in good faith consultation.
